Dr. Andrew Khoury is a distinguished and double board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist who is renowned for his comprehensive approach to pain management and patient wellness. As a specialist, he has been at the forefront of helping people manage chronic pain through cutting-edge treatments and minimally invasive procedures. His approach has always been centered around not just alleviating pain but also improving the overall wellness and physical functionality of his patients. Dr. Khoury’s work in pain management has given him an intricate understanding of the human body and the complex ways in which it heals and responds to various treatments.
This knowledge has become the foundation of his approach to wellness, which he continues to expand through his work at MOI Wellness and Aesthetics. Dr. Khoury focuses on regenerative medicine including peptide therapy, exosome therapy, hormone optimization with Biote and more. Dr. Khoury’s dedication to integrating cutting-edge medical treatments with a compassionate approach underscores his commitment to helping patients achieve optimal health and longevity and advancing the field of regenerative medicine.
Educationally, Dr. Khoury earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Houston. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, followed by a general surgery internship at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and pursued a multidisciplinary pain fellowship at the University of Florida.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Khoury enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, engaging in activities such as working out, skiing, and traveling.
Vivian Rackliffe, DNP, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings and life stages. With 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and 9 years in the wellness field as a Nurse Practitioner, Vivian has cultivated deep expertise in patient care and education, promoting disease prevention and optimizing healthful living styles. Since 2017, she has focused on integrative, holistic wellness—helping patients look, feel, and live their best.
Her specialties include aesthetics, peptide therapy, hormone balance and replacement therapy, and regenerative medicine. Through personalized wellness consultations, Vivian is enthusiastic about empowering patients to achieve vibrant, sustainable health. She is known for her collaborative approach and believes patient education and shared decision-making are central to exceptional care.
Educationally, Vivian earned her bachelor’s degree first in psychology from Texas State University and went on to a second-degree nursing program at Angelo State University. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
